Is it possible to still access this site via it’s IP if everything goes down?

I’m not a computer nerd but seem to remember there being a way…

Depends on why it all goes down, if DNS takes a shit, then the IP would work. If servers get shutdown, or fibers get cut, etc, no amount of using IPs will work.

According to news the DNS for Facebook etc were withdrawn from the global routing. Additionally, some theories are due to the NY protests by Teachers/school staff protesting in NY about the jab mandate - this is a possible theory in my opinion. Wouldn't want the normies to wake up and see that these teachers - jabbed and non -jabbed would join together to call BS on NY governor and mayor
