Another military friend whos very knowledgeable told me to get to bank immediately. Both branches i went to are closed. Wtf is going on. People inside building but signs saying closed.

First citizens. Local bank in only NC and SC. Women walked up to the door and it was locked and said closed. She immediately looked at me and said it's happening. I said nothing else and she said "do you know what happens next?" I said yes and both left. ATM worked.
