No there's an explanation for this. When i saw facebook was down, I went to down detector. Noticed the other spikes, so I clicked on them. The amount of reports was waaaay less for all of the big names. Like 90k reports for Facebook and only 200 for t mobile, but same shape spike. Basically the Facebook outage was so big that people went to down detector and filed reports for other companies too, but the numbers were way less.
