Dear Merrick Garland, Do not forget for one minutes who pays salaries of teachers and superintendents, staff and other administrators or who appoints school board members. It is the taxpayers, not the Federal government. If anyone would have jurisdiction over these people it would be the states and counties, not the federal government. As parents we do not give carte Blanche to any of the above to teach, push or indoctrinate our children in ways that go against the beliefs or morals of the majority. So as the Attorney Genersl why don’t you spend your time investigating why the January 6 political prisoners are being held without bail, some in solitary and all without speedy due process. Or how about investigating those in government who are colluding with foreign powers and committing treason? Or if you have so much free time, find out why the State Department is interfering in Afghanistan and refuses to intercede in bringing citizens home? I am sue if the states require your help they will ask, but you have more pressing matters like exploring whupy the “Commander in Chief” is ignoring the stay in Mexico policy which the Supreme Court reaffirmed. I would say he is acting in a treasonous manner, ignoring laws and the Supreme Court. One would think these would be more pressing issues than school boards being “threatened.”
