1.5 billion FB users had their data exposed to hackers. That number will grow; Maybe to 2 billion.

There are two legal repercussions to consider here:

  1. Did the hack steal only users' personal data or also FB internal information such as who was being targeted for censorship? Consider this with Zuckerberg's publicly known Democratic campaign contributions. Then the case could be made that FB is censoring on behalf of government, a clear violation of the 1st amendment. No more hiding behind loose interpretations of article 230. Regulate it.
