Apparently we got a new cucked IT director, beginning of COVID pandemic. I swear, government is planting left wing faggots in these roles.
Anyways, he stated that not company but government forcing their hand, and we would all need vaccines by November 22nd and one by November 8th.
Email gets sent out. Co-worker got jab over the weekend but of course died from complications unknown, leaving behind his wife and kids.
About 15 mins later, another email goes out saying to submit medical or religious exemptions if you don't want jab.
At this point IT director has blood on his hands. Probably too oblivious to know he killed him.
Oh, it gets better...
Another email goes out saying they don't know if they can expect religious exemptions in a FAQ. OMG, what a clusterfuck this is becoming.
Anyone else with work jab mandate stories? This is going to shit fast.
The DoD has given us a deadline of Nov 8th for the second dose or the single dose of J&J. This leaves 14 days to be "fully vaccinated". Guidance came out that punitive measures begin on Nov 8th. Starting with 5 days of counseling about the "Health benefits" of the jab and to be educated. After that a 14 day suspension. If no progress toward the jab, they can start looking at termination. I guess we will see how long I keep my job. I already started clearing out my personal tools and gear. I am hurriedly trying to finish my projects to turn over. Oh well, 20 years of service gone. I hope they can get some folks on here to train for taking over.
I wouldn’t hurry. Don’t make it easy for them. Work at the same place and move your stuff out. Keep the basics and put them in a bag. When it happens walk out and file for unemployment
I have been working in the same lab building for almost 20 years. I definitely have too get my personal tools and books out. Even then, it will probably be taking a load out every day for a few days. I just don't want to get hurried in the end and forget stuff. I'm not worried about unemployment, I have been preparing for a long time and have plans for income after this. It might even be better than what I have now by a lot. It will take a while to get started up and have to file for patents, but I'm thinking this might be the best thing for me.
I hope they have a Q&A session at the counseling sessions.
My boss knows what kind of research it am capable of and is definitely not on idiot. He and it have been talking about this for a while. I still want to present him with printed evidence and red-pills. He is the kind of guy that is easily red-pilled with scientific evidence. He is one of the smartest people I have ever met. If nothing else, I can try to convince him to not allowed his wife to vax his 3 young kids.
I've been working there in the same building for just a few months shy of 20 years. The folks that I support are military. I can't leave them without support, so if I repair as many parts as I can, then they won't be left with broken equipment. I'm the only person in the country that repairs parts here in the US. They will now have to send broken parts to England to the OEM. They can only fix some parts, I fix the rest. Hopefully the OEM will pick up the slack when I'm gone. I'm not angry and I love what I do, but I think it is the best time to move on. I don't want to work for or support a dictator and his fascist regime. I have never left a job unfinished or a problem unsolved. I want to keep that record alive as I walk out the door.
