Someone posted a live pingmap of outages yesterday as the FB stuff was going on and I noticed Chile had a single large hotspot around where the capital is.

Chile has to be a connection because the first wave of Haitians under that bridge were all granted asylum and living in Chile, there were hundreds of ID's left behind, issued by chile.
