That is NOT in ANY WAY what is discussed in this video. The title is FAKE FUCKING NEWS.

They are discussing what the path would be to introduce novel methods for vaccination. Fauci's case is that it has to go through the whole parocess and work. The other dude is opinining years in the future that some novel avian fluv could appear and the technology would allow you to produce a vaccine in your home from just the rna sequence downloaded from front line researchers and self administered.

No where do they plot a health scare staged or otherwise. Literal fake news.
