I think it comes from being able to escape consequence for their actions all their lives. Never learning about boundaries the hard, painful way.. the way that tends to be unforgettable. Absent all this growth, they remain juveniles..

Also the vast majority of teachers are women to be fair. So statistically you would expect them to be the main offender group.
