Share your method of successfully obtaining necessary meds for prevention and treatment. I need help.....I'm looking online and found America's Frontline Docs...but don't understand (I have cognitive problems). How did you choose your physician and did you have trouble finding a pharmacy who would fill the rx?

1)I went to pushhealth.com 2) Registered and asked for a doctor consult with a doc who can prescribe in my state, they responded within hours. 3)Received an email from doctor and asked for Ivermectin and HCQ as I had been exposed to covid and some completed health screening questions 4) He said he doesnt write RX for HCQ because pharmacies wont fill. He did send RX for Ivermectin to my pharmacy and charged $90 for consult 5) My pharmacy (Kroegers) would not fill and I recontacted Dr by email 6) They sent me a list of on line pharmacies and offered refund if I could not fill 7) I decided to go back to my pharmacy armed with this info and told them I would be contacting the state pharmacy board (Overcoming-Pharmacy-Barriers.pdf) 8) My pharmacy became very helpful and called another pharmacy in my town and I was able to get it filled for $295.00 for 72 pills and has 1 refill.
I tried to attach the pdf form referred to on #7 but it is 7 pages from "Front Line Covid19 Critical Care Alliance" on patient rights related to Ivermectin and it wouldnt copy properly. Im sure you can find on their website if you need it.
Good luck - it was expensive but Im sure you could request fewer pills
Thanks...I hadn't seen anything on pushhealth so I will look into it....I may have to ask more questions. I did find a Compounding Pharmacy in C'bus that is suppose to fill a script for Ivermectin so just receive a script to be filled might work. Then I found this on the cost of the drug, but don't know if it's legit.... https://www.goodrx.com/ivermectin
Wish I had seen that on the prices - good info! I wish you success and they will send the prescription anywhere.
Thank you! Since I don't think I've been exposed (who would ever know for sure?) do you think they would still send a prescription as a preventative. I have found a compounding pharmacy who I called and they said they will fill for Ivermectin and HCQ.
Yes they (push health) did write Ivermectin for me - I told them I had been exposed and they wrote it for me. As it turned out, the person I was exposed to was negative on their second test so I have it on hand just in case.
thank you!
