il Donaldo Trumpo has mentioned this several times, and again today:

“ Sure I like Mike Pence... I'm actually making him Ambassador to the small, poop-sticking-fly-infested country of Youtreasonouslittleshitistan.”

His name is not associated at all with Trump or noted at any of his rallies. I was on the fence for awhile, but not anymore.
