I work for an Ivy League university. I am great at my job. Help bring in millions of dollars a year. Lead an incredibly high-functioning team of 4. But if I am not fully vaxxed by Dec 8, I will be “removed from the payroll”. Don’t-cha love that euphemism? I am waiting for details on religious or medical exemptions but on principle I don’t think I should have to provide one. This is my line. My hill. Wish me luck.

This was written by a lawyer. It is called conditional acceptance. You are literally NOT refusing the Ian, only saying that you may comply IF they can provide the information requested and confirm no harm or infringement of rights. They can’t! You win!!
