Naturally, they manufactured unrealistic statistics to impose a Verification of Vaccination Order.

When you get to the bottom they slip in, "As the Local Health Officer, I strongly recommend and urge all people and businesses in King County to voluntarily comply with this ORDER and its anti-discrimination requirements." If I read that correctly, it nullifies the order as the entire document is a rouse to make businesses think they need to comply.
