Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?

Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible & liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?

The point is that if they CANNOT provide that information you’ve NOT refused.
Unfortunately for Federal Civil Service members, they have until Nov 5th to either present proof of vaccination, or be fired.
When fired, they will lose ALL benefits - no medical, no pension - without regard to a decade or more of service rendered. It's all gone.
So, I would suggest your Religious Waiver state, at the bottom that if the Waiver is rejected, under duress I will accept Early Retirement over involuntary separation.
This way, you have a paper trail in place, such they cannot begin termination actions, before you have a chance to file for early retirement. Don't think they won't screw you on the way out the door.
I highly doubt you will be fired on Nov 5. Or any day soon after. Exemptions don’t just get rejected and federal employees don’t just get fired. There will be back and forth on the exemption. If rejected it can be altered and resubmitted. As far as firing, if it ever comes to that it won’t be until after a long trail of progressive discipline. Meanwhile many legal challenges will be made. It’s possible it all disappears before the supposed firing happens. Then again…🤡🌎
