I know, perhaps Pfizer is more "effective"....

It contains just 30 micrograms of mRNA lipid particles instead of 100 MCG like Moderna. Therefore, Moderna should be more likely to cause adverse effects, but also should have higher 'efficacy' (which is dying down in a matter of weeks).
