Q is the defaut keyboard shortcut for Inspect. It has been so for years before Q even appeared on the chanz.

Inspect lets you see the structure of the page. To track the origin of a photo you could download it (using the context menu also) and check if it has any useful EXIF data (in the file properties). Or even better, do an image search on Google.
