We need STRICT conflict of interest rules and vigorous oversight of Pentagon spending.

Simple! A law that hangs anyone in public office that is convicted of corruption! Hang a couple and then everyone in government would be too scared to take a bribe. Oh yeah, hang the one that offered the bribe too!
