This appears to be the EO, but just mandates a ‘task force’ to create rules for contractors to follow one of which is the Dec 8 vaccine requirement from what I can find

yes I think I read that one, wasn't sure it was it or not. Either way pretty insane to give some random task force the ability to set these kind of rules.

But, no rule has been set by a task force to date.
