I work for for the VA. Mandatory testing begins on the 18th of October. I won't be letting them do a deep nasal swab. I've watched the analysis of the "swabs", done by multiple scientists and doctors. They aren't swabs. Any suggestions on what I can do to avoid it or do a different test?

EUA authorized=must be optional. EUA for PCR was actually removed by FDA, and it will not be allowed to even be used after Dec. 31.
They are using an antigen test instead of PCR. Trying to figure out the best way to get around it.
Is the antigen test just a spit test? I don't understand why they just can't test your temperature first.... If your temperature is normal then go about your job duties.
