Hey again,
So Trudeau is enforcing mandatory vax for any traveler leaving a Canadian airport as of Nov 30, we're booked on a flight to Mesa, AZ for Nov 28th. Me, my wife, and 5 month daughter.
We're selling all our possessions here and starting again there. We have some family to crash with, our plan is to get an RV and slowly wind to Florida during early 2022.
We run a streaming/media business (weddings/corporate/performing arts) and will document our escape and restart.
Would love any help in Mesa to get us started; things like leads on buying ...
A decent used RV ~20,000
DSLR equipment/lenses
Electric bicycles
Any leads on clients for our business

GW has been an incredible home during this time and I'll be updating as we go, would love to meet up with an Mesa Patriots with big hearts.

Jan to march its beautiful in AZ, lows in the 50s highs 80s usually. It doesnt get above 90 until after march. Looks like it is highs in the low 90s all week now, and temps will be dropping from now on. Jun til aug sucks balls with 100+ every day though. I hear Florida is worse as they have humidity
Can confirm, humidity so bad it feels like you're swimming in warm jello, nobody that's lived here a long time would buy a vehicle with a leather interior, or a dark one for that matter, as your ass will melt to it in July before your A/C can bring sweet relief, also we all own about a hundred pairs of sunglasses, I had crows feet in my early twenties from squinting in the unrelenting white hot sun. Welcome to FL. (Eventually) 😁
