I read someone on here said that recruiters are looking for unvaccinated due to expected deaths, whatever right?

Saw a friend recently who is actually in the know about these things through his job and he has direct knowledge of it and is witnessing it. Top people at big companies being actively replaced because they got vaccinated and aren’t expected to be alive in five years. Recruiters specifically searching for unvaccinated.
