You're making multiple faulty assumptions here, but that's not your fault, as everyone has been gaslit with a lot of bullshit about biology, health and disease all our lives.

The link I provided in my comment above literally has the results of placebo-controlled studies showing that drinking alkaline water with no other changes to lifestyle altered blood pH level by A LOT...
That part almost makes sense. Eating better would probably do the same thing. Apparently not thinking too acidicly helps.
