Iodine does too much good, so it had to be forgotten. The media has been putting out anti-Iodine propaganda recently too.
It's one of the best things for detoxing and decalcifing your Pineal gland.
It's also the good halogen that our bodies should be absorbing, but since it's been removed from all our food sources, we instead absorb toxic halogens that are added to our water and food, such as fluoride, chlorine and bromine.
Wait.
What about iodized salt?
A lot of places don't even sell iodized salt anymore, and instead carry sea salt, which doesn't contain significant amounts of iodine. Yet people are conditioned to believe sea salt is healthier.
I buy Himalayan salt. It has over 80 trace elements...one of which is iodine. You need to have half a teaspoon per day.
Sea salt contains trace minerals though.
Redmans real salt is good too
Iodized salt has only enough iodine to prevent goiter, which isn’t much and no nearly enough. Need iodine supplementation to get enough for most people.
The iodine in salt evaporates fairly quickly. It’s pretty much 100% gone after just 3 months, if you have any sitting on your shelf.
