Do NPCs actually read this stuff or are they just flashed with firmware updates?

I am starting to think that no one thinks it is 'Qanon,' they just say that to vex us since we are the only ones wasting calories scrutinizing their garbage.

Yes. It is click bait. A different source about beginning of 4th quarter. The sales team has to sell ads and they need to diversify. And we have chumps here that read it, and post it here.
