Many people want to make Scheller into a hero for patriot reasons. He is not. He violate the UCMJ; the governing laws of the military. It's as simple as that. Somehow I sense he was used as a 'tool' to cause conflict over the military.
One needs to ask-- "Who benefits?" Scheller certainly didn't. Patriots certainly didn't, especially after his shunning his patriot support. So who benefits? The left and the Biden Administration did, and actually may have gained ground from his UCMJ violations and crimes.
Valid observations and questions with a logical summation....
I've served and know signing up in the military is a contract that one agrees to be compliant and serve under military law. The governing law of the military is not Civil Law. The military role is to protect the government and our Constitutional laws. Lt. Scheller is wrong and may be another fake 60 minute Facebook "whistleblower".
