We homeschool and I always tell the naysayers “bad socialization isn’t socialization”. Bullying, early exposure to drugs and sex, CRT etc. isn’t teaching my kids how to socialize. The kids still meet friends in extra curricular art classes, tumbling, karate etc. They have lots of cousins they play with, grandparents see them and some great grandparents as well! They’re learning how to interact with many people, of all walks of life in many age ranges. If that isn’t socialization idk what is. My kids aren’t weird and they’re ahead of the academic curve. Win win.
