Jesus. I was wondering if she was transsexual at first. I might have understood that better than a woman getting surgery down there.

I mean... I'm not a woman. I guess I can ask any ladies in attendance how often they see their own genitals. I can understand the boob jobs. I can understand feeling unhappy with nose, ears, cheeks. Heck, I understand men who don't feel good about a receding hairline.

But.... for that? What the hell?
