I don't think that was her intention at all I think she was just trying to make the obscenities being blasted through TV screens sound like something else for all the families watching. You act like she had some master plan going into the race and new after the race in Victory Lane there would be a massive chance saying f*** Joe Biden so she came up with this master plan to divert the whole chant that sounds stupid.
