It was Fauci not Biden , my mistake .His neck was separating from his shirt collar it was black between his next and shirt collar .. people on here were saying mask shadow, cgi ..actually the comments I remember no one knew what the hell was going on ..perhaps someone has the video..btw any idea what the hell this was with this guys next that was crazy it looked liked what a Giant iguana /lizards neck does when it’s swallowing
