Read the actual executive order. Only federal employees are stated in the mandate. No OSHA no private business. Nothing nada.

From the EO dated Sept. 9, "The Task Force shall issue guidance within 7 days of the date of this order on agency implementation of this requirement for all agencies covered by this order". My agency hasn't passed anything down yet. What chaos! Just learned if they want you to sign a form about misconduct if an exemption is not approved, do not sign it. We have a change in conditions of employment and not misconduct!!! Search for my post in GA.win, "? for Federal Employees concerning DSR".
I have heard same thing from friends in federal government, they have not received anything in writing for implementing guidance. and in theory the first deadline for 22 November 'fully vaxxed' is 11 October for the moderna vax.
Would that not create a legal issue if you send out guidance saying get the vax but the deadline has already passed?
yup, email says 22nov.. no vax you get counseling by commander & medical.. still no vax, two weeks off without pay... after that??
