Read the actual executive order. Only federal employees are stated in the mandate. No OSHA no private business. Nothing nada.

so If feds ask for the genuine article comirnaty and then can't find it because it is not in US yet, they can say "I am trying to comply but can't find the approved one anywhere. will continue to look."
