Been taking NAC all week, somewhat feeling better today. It’s not so terrible really, more that I’m just so damn tired and with two little kids it is very difficult.
That's gotta be tough looking after small children when all you want to do is sleep, you have my sympathy!
Is it possible to increase the Ivermectin dose slightly? Take it everyday for a few days? Or up the zinc dose? Gotta be careful with Zinc though as it can put the copper/zinc balance out of whack if you don't get enough copper in your diet.
You might also want to try the nasal rinse/spray and gargling with a couple of drops of Betadine (diluted in distilled water) that reputedly knocks out the virus lurking in the nasal cavity and respiratory system.
Black Seed Oil and Pine Bark or Needle Tea supposedly helps too. Anything is worth trying to stay away from the hospital!
Hopefully you'll get better soon, and on the plus side you'll have antibodies. ;)
EDIT: Or colloidal silver nasal spray would be a good alternative to Betadine. I make my own but not as strong as the commercial stuff.
Try adding L-lysine and NAC to the protocol.
