So here is the back story for those who missed it. Mandatory tests were put in place, as you know....Several of us school bus drivers were determined to get the saliva test implemented instead of the PRC nasal swab. I put together a presentation while others gathered signatures from both vaxxed and unvaxxed drivers.

We presented our case to our department head (based and behind us 100%) last Tuesday....We were informed the Superintendent would meet with all drivers on friday about the matter. Being so new here (5 weeks on the job) I felt having another member of the team who helped put this together and was well respected should speak. She is very knowledgeable and all know her.

Nerves got her so i gave the presentation...He agreed to work on getting the saliva test and approved use of the Abbott labs rapid at home test as an acceptable method. Made in America, with a foam swab (not the Chinese swab) , taken in your home with the ability to download and sent results through a QR code on the actual test. We will continue our pursuit of the non invasive saliva test.

Some were not happy that it was still invasive. My response....You can take this test in the privacy of your home. Blow your nose into a piece of suran wrap and swab that! Now its non invasive!! Kek
