Took them 2 months to "pave" my neighborhood... have done paving myself in the past with TWO different SMALL companies...

Either of them could have done the job in LESS than a week.

10 people leaning on shovels... (7 diversity hires, 3 "supervisors" ) one illegal in with a shovel moving dirt.
