This was posted yesterday but the post didn't seem to get many views, although the video is well worth watching.

Watching now. His interviews with Sarah Westall are pretty good.

He says that the International Geophysical Year happened all of a sudden with no precursors. There were two previous Polar Years, the first in the 1880s.

He also claims that few people had TV in 1957. Actually, TV was widespread by then. Even my family had one, even though we were poor. Everyone was watching "I Love Lucy" and the other TV classics.

He makes baseless claims and then builds on them. There are occasional truths, but overall, he's a bit "woo woo."
