Argh, the fucking site closed my comment as I was flipping between tabs to give an overview and my impression of this news outlet. I'll post and edit as I go so it doesn't happen again. I was too lazy and hungover to do a deep dive, and now I have to do it over again 🤣

Okay so having never really looked at Western Journal as a media outlet, your comment got me curious as to the tone of this organization so to get a quick pulse I looked at the top headlines and at face value they seem like a relatively decent news organization relative to the others out there.

One article is about a cyber security expert resigning because he claims we are set up to fail against China and the damage is done. From the article:

Chaillan resigned last month, saying the Pentagon put “laggards” in charge of cyberprojects for which they had no expertise.

“[W]e are setting up critical infrastructure to fail,” he said in his letter of resignation.

“We would not put a pilot in the cockpit without extensive flight training; why would we expect someone with no IT experience to be close to successful? … While we wasted time in bureaucracy, our adversaries moved further ahead,” Chaillan wrote.

There is an opinion piece that calls Biden a liar or absolutely clueless.

I also looked at the southwest airlines report to see if they were running cover, they present both sides and I get the notion that the author believes that it is a sick out and that Southwest Airlines is not being honest when they claim there isn't a sick out.

I will keep an eye on them, they seem like a decent source from my little shallow dive.
