Become a private consultant and ask for 2x your salary. They are paying that anyway in benefits, taxes and overhead.

Considered this, I do have an LLC established. But also don’t think k I’d want to work for them if they let me go—but yea, if I did, charging triple lol

I did this for many years after leaving my company. Kept my own hours and had more money in my pocket in the end.
