don't think 1 comment on this post picked up on fact that today is a holiday. in the courts "deadlines" can fall on weekends and holidays. if it does than the court allows for the party/ies to submit the briefs/discovery/etc on the first business day following

not sure this information will be for public knowledge either way, but I'd suggest tomorrow (well technically today at this point) is the deadline, if in fact the deadline is real which I have not bothered to confirm
