And MOAB, UT was the initial police department on Gabbys case. The attached NY Post stated she was in a "toxic relationship". I know not to trust the Post but they may have provided a clue.

The talk here made something click in my head about when Trump freed up land in Utah. I glossed over a NPR butthurt article that has details of it. One of the details being that it reversed something Obama did previous. As we tend to find out, Trump does things for reasons we don't know at the time. Maybe a rabbit hole for diggers.
