Employer vaccination status disclosure requirement

I don’t know what it is but, they need this to move forward to the next steps. Many are willing to fire you if you don’t comply with it. They want you to give your status or get out of the way.

What is the significance of the disclosure?

The vax disclosure form and accompanying emails I received from my employer (State of California) didn't even reference Covid-19 - at all, anywhere.
