Torba is an interesting character. He seems to be allied with that guy I can't stand, Nick Fuentes, who would follow Charlie Kirk around to his college campus events and harass him about gay sex and completely ruin Charlie's attempt to bring some students to our side.

On the other hand, Torba has been able to accomplish a pretty cool thing after being attacked by the enemy pretty hard.
