Looks like comms, but I can only guess...

Starts with 4 & 5 words. (Here we go again, after a very long wait --> 45) maybe?? Ends with 13 words. (Finally gonna do something to change our corrupt elections?)

Country capitalized 3 times, Elections twice. 32? 23? Same thing? EE = 55, CCC = 333. Elections = 9 letters, Country = 7.

Elections Count?

Here we go again + going to hell = two more weeks?
