NAVAL STATION GUANTANAMO BAY, CUBA 11.11.2013 That makes sense for 2013. Question is, is it still there?

As of December 2020, when I went down for Navy training/USMC drills, it was most definitely there. We walked right by it. Twice. Interesting this was posted today, I was actually just talking about this at the local VFW Sunday night.
