It’s so important to take care of ourselves during this time. We are each valuable to the movement, and our inner world often becomes our outer world. It’s vital we find positive ways to relieve tension.
I had a spontaneous family circle, sitting on the carpet some time ago. Family that hasn’t always seen eye to eye. We shared first and favorite memories of each other. This felt good and gave me a flying dream that night.

I love music, most types but not todays rap. Although Sugar Hill Gang had a good one in the 70s Rappers Delight.
Recently added listening to uplifting Christian songs in Elevation Worship and some select foot stomping Patriotic Country tunes Creed Fisher. Outside tunes can go from Ave Maria to 30 days in the hole Humble Pie. Kitchen music is softer type of music.
The more mournful historic tunes like Abraham, Martin and John by Dion, Buffalo Springfield Steppenwolf resonate and give me sense of perspective.
Love to entertain friends and make fantastic foods like fresh Bolognese sauce...still do but guest list shrinking. Cleaning up after my 3 pups can be relaxing....love the smell of lysol in the morning. Got so demotivated once just poured the lysol in hot water stirred it up and left it in dining room for the fragrance of clean and of course the added ambience...
