It would be ridiculous for Don Lemon to take offense at this because it is confirmed he does have an ass as part of his body, does he not? Does he not? Yes, so pointing out this basic fact and implying it is somehow “rude” or some kind of “insult” is beyond the pale, and couldn’t be further from the truth, as all the experts agree.
