There’s no requirement to get the shot yet, so they may be gauging how many people are not going to get it. I can see this being helpful if there’s a large number of “no” answers, but I’ve also seen someone post basically that you shouldn’t voluntarily give them your status.

Really it’s for my wife’s job. She asked what I thought and I said to at least wait until their deadline if she’s going to respond. They sent it in an email marked “MANDATORY” so she feels compelled to answer. I’m not worried about her complying with getting the shot. She’s just as adamant in her belief it’s poison. But she’s worried they’re going to fire her for not answering. I said I didn’t think they would fire her for that. I didn’t see any room to fill in your own answers. It was a multiple choice questionnaire tied to her employee ID.
My job just made it a rule that you can only go into the office if you’re fully vaxxed and submit your papers, so it looks like both our jobs may be in jeopardy soon. Not a good feeling when you have little ones depending on you, but we have faith God will get us through this.
Just because they say it’s mandatory doesn’t mean it’s mandatory. I would just ignore it and I wouldn’t answer. It’s none of their business. Once you start giving them that information, who knows what that means. I would just ignore it. It’s none of their business end of story it’s none of their business to have any of your medical information. That’s a HIPAA violation. And they know it. But if you fill out that document or she fills out that document, then now she’s consenting to that. Do not consent. Do not Consent
Thanks for the support. I’ll pass this along.
