There’s no requirement to get the shot yet, so they may be gauging how many people are not going to get it. I can see this being helpful if there’s a large number of “no” answers, but I’ve also seen someone post basically that you shouldn’t voluntarily give them your status.

She responded after a few harassing emails reminding her filling out the survey was required. She chose the multiple choice option of “no plans to get it” and thankfully is able to work from home full time to circumvent the vaccination requirement to go into the office now. She’s also been connecting with other people at the company in case they do decide to fire them.
I hope you can work from home as an alternative to getting fired for refusing. This is a hard time for a lot of people.
Thanks for replying. I am planning on ignoring all emails and if my boss presses me I will just say he can refer me to HR. If they force me between disclosing and getting fired... idk I might tell them. There is no way I will take the vax under any circumstances. I have a years worth of savings so luckily I will be OK financially for a little while. Thanks again friend and take care in these dark times.
I feel the same way. There’s no dollar amount worth testing that poison out on me or my family. We will do our best to keep our jobs without compromising our convictions and bodily sovereignty, but if we lose our jobs, so be it. We will survive even if it means hard times.
Hope you’re able to keep your job too. Just know there are so many more people like us and even if it takes a minute to spin up, a parallel economy will begin to grow and jobs will open up for non-vaccinated. Take care and never give up!
