I have no links but if I remember correctly Catherine Harritige and yes I know I butchered her name but anyways I am pretty sure she had a story or a tweet about them expanding gitmo to add courtrooms for 911 trials. At the time I thought it was odd because I figured they'd never stray from their original narrative and admit we didn't punish those guilty already
