This seems a bit over the top. I'm very skeptical of it. But... I do NDT (nondestructive testing) for a living. Looking for cracks in metal aircraft parts, for those that don't know. I use real black lights, at least 2,000 mW/cm2 at 15 inches. I'm gonna try this out today at work.
