Good! Well they just had their new contracts and their next contract isn't until 2025. If they negotiate a new contract before then the members would have to vote. This is at least, something. Guess we'll see what happens. Really glad to hear this.

Something like a forced vaccination would typically be change of operations and would trigger negotiations.
